Last-chance schedule change form opens today

EASTLAKE HIGH SCHOOL – The last-chance schedule change form for the 2023-24 Eastlake school year goes live Wednesday, May 3rd.
This form, a Microsoft form accessed through one’s email, is the absolute last opportunity to change requested classes or free periods for next school year.
